As the sun begins to set over Brisbane's skyline, SOL Y SOMBRA invites you into an experience designed to unfold throughout the day — from long lunches and rooftop cocktails to sunset rituals and late-night celebration.
Reservations recommended, walk-ins welcome.

Riverfire is better on the rooftop.
From midday, enjoy modern Mexican dining, handcrafted cocktails and rooftop views as the city gears up for one of Brisbane's biggest nights. Watch the flyover, settle in as DJs set the soundtrack from 4pm, then experience the 7pm fireworks from one of the city's most vibrant rooftops.
Gather your crew, stay all afternoon and celebrate Riverfire the MAYA way.

Wednesday - Friday / 12pm - 3pm
Check in at MAYA from midday and enjoy a $25 per person plate, two 180 day grain fed sirloin tacos and a side of patatas bravas. Perfect for a quick escape, long lunch or anything in between.
