Who We Are
A long-term passion project, The Coats Group have created an incredible oasis right in the heart of Fortitude Valley. The Villa by MAYA is a stunning rooftop restaurant offering everything from long lunches to late-night cocktails, all whilst enjoying panoramic views of our dazzling city skyline.
Inspired by a trip to Guadalajara, Mexico, MAYA was born from a love of artisanal tequila, and a deep appreciation of the rich diversity of regional Mexican cuisine.
We set out to bring a piece of the vibrant Mexican culture to Australia. On the plate, in the glass and though a celebration of the culture. All the while championing the best produce Queensland has to offer.
